OvervieweStreamingMedia provides an integrated solution for organizations that self-author interactive video learning content. Ours servers enable robust cross platform content delivery - anywhere and anytime. BackgroundeStreamingMedia is the technology brand of eCollaboration Corp. eCollaboration was founded in 1999 and began by developing desktop tools and server software that simplified creating and managing video based distance learning. In 2001, the company became an authorized Microsoft Windows Media Services provider and launched its first release of eStreamingMedia. In 2002, the company entered into an arrangement with Microsoft to upgrade its eStreamingMedia software to integrate with PowerPoint to provide a self-authoring platform. Customers that self-author tend to be organizations that have on going needs for self-authoring content such as large organizations with training departments, independent training companies and video production/multimedia firms. In early 2004, the company applied for a patent on its technology. The patent application was published by the US Patent Office in July 2006 and is currently pending. In 2005, the company began offering video production and authoring services by sub contracting with video/multimedia firms. This enables the company to provide a turnkey or complete solution to customers that have occasional content development requirements. Examples of these customers are non profits that typically produce eLearning content at conferences and seminars. In 2006, the company received notice that it was awarded a contract under the GSA Federal Federal Supply Schedule. In 2007, the company upgraded its product line to include Flash video streaming and pod casting. Learn MoreSee an example (Click Here).
